Safety & Certification
Are your carriers ASTM certified?
Yes. Every BabyCarryUS carrier is independently tested and certified to ASTM F2236 — the US safety standard for soft infant and toddler carriers. Our carriers are also CPSC compliant.
What is the TICKS rule?
Tight, In view at all times, Close enough to kiss, Keep chin off chest, Supported back. All BabyCarryUS carriers are designed to meet TICKS guidelines. A safety card ships with every order.
Are your carriers safe for newborns?
Yes — our Newborn Carriers are designed for babies from 7 lbs. They support the ergonomic “M” position for healthy hip development from day one.
Sizing & Fit
What size carrier do I need?
Most structured carriers are one-size-fits-most, adjusting XS–XXL. They grow with your baby from 7 lbs through 45 lbs — no inserts needed.
Can two parents share one carrier?
Absolutely. Quick-adjust buckles let two adults swap in under 60 seconds with no re-threading required.
Is there a weight limit?
Structured carriers hold up to 45 lbs. Wraps support up to 35 lbs. Check individual product pages for exact limits.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Standard: 3–5 business days (free on orders $75+). Express 1–2 day shipping is $19.95. Orders before 2 PM EST on weekdays ship same day.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes — all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii add 2–3 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
