At BabyCarryUS, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your baby carrier purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@babycarryus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, or need a different size or color, we are happy to exchange it at no additional charge. Contact us at support@babycarryus.com within 30 days of delivery.

Free Returns on Orders $75+

For orders totaling $75 or more, we provide a free prepaid return label. For orders under $75, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@babycarryus.com
