BabyCarryUS is proud to ship from the United States. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories, including:
- All continental US states
- Alaska and Hawaii (standard rates apply)
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting our carrier’s website directly.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@babycarryus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BabyCarryUS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@babycarryus.com — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November–December), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
